Breaking today in wins and losses:
WIN: Avoided unhealthy breakfast food. Had fresh pressed juice and a banana for breakfast.
LOSS: Considering I sat on a plane for 5 hrs, I probably snacked on more than I should. Nothing unhealthy per se, but specifically more hummus than I should have.
WIN: When I got to the hotel I forced myself to spend 40 minutes on the treadmill.
LOSS: Dinner was chicken pho at a Vietnamese restaurant. Relatively healthy but a big quantity.
WIN: We ended up walking about 40 minutes in the 35F evening after dinner. So at least my stomach felt settled before bed.
Not a great day but trying to celebrate the small victories.

Good job, Mel. I went to WW yesterday and gained .2#. It could have been worse, since we ate out a lot this week. I blame salt when I eat out. We don’t use much at home. I have been bad about tracking, but did 2X last wk. Committed to 3X this wk. Hope it works!
